Your party room is private for the full two hours, so there's no rushing through cake before the next group arrives. Guests can keep exploring the museum after the party room time ends, with their party wristband good all day. We set up, we host, we clean up after.

Cake, cupcakes, ice cream, and drinks are welcome (store-bought, homemade, halal, kosher, nut-free, dairy-free; whatever fits your family). For pizza or other food, we partner exclusively with Idaho Pizza Company in Meridian; call 208-888-4441 (option 1) at least 3 days ahead.
What the day looks like
Most parties run about two hours in the room, with the rest of the museum open before and after. Your host meets you at the front desk 15 minutes before guests arrive, so you walk in already settled.

15 minutes early: you arrive.
Your host meets you at the front desk and walks you to your room. Drop off the cake, set out anything you brought.

Guests check in.
They give the birthday kid's name at the front and get a party wristband for all-day museum access.

First hour: free play.
Guests explore the museum together. Find their favorite exhibit, climb, build, run.

Second hour: party room.
Cake, presents, food. Your host is nearby if you need anything.

Wrap and head out.
We handle the cleanup. Guests can keep playing in the museum if they want to stay.

The straightforward part
No surprises.
The deposit holds your room. It's $100; the rest is due two weeks before the party. Need to reschedule? Call us as early as you can and we'll work with you to find a new date.
Snow days and sick kids happen. Call us. We figure it out.
